Annie Evans – Executive Director
Annie has been the Executive Director of SouthFair since October 2011. As Executive Director, she is responsible for providing vision, leadership, direction and fiscal discipline for SouthFair.
Under her direction SouthFair has completed a housing development adding over 35 units of single-family affordable housing, successfully managing apartment communities, creating a rent-to-own program, developing housing counseling services in a goal to support positive change in the South Dallas community.
She has both a Bachelors in Economics and a Masters in Urban Affairs from the University of Texas at Arlington. Her areas of interest include nonprofits, urban and social research, social capital and urban history.

MaryAnn Cuellar – Homeownership & Community Engagement Manager
Mary Ann joined SouthFair in January 2017. She has over 20+ years of housing and homebuyer counseling experience. She spent decades working for Housing Authorities including Dallas Housing Authority and the Urban League.
Mary Ann was promoted to Homeownership & Community Engagement Manager in 2024. In this position, Mary Ann provides one-on-one counseling and group workshops on pre and post-purchase, organizes monthly virtual and in-person post-purchase homeownership workshops and also provides rental counseling. In addition, she is also responsible for creating and sustaining SouthFair’s external community relationships with various homeowners, lenders, businesses and additional community members. Mary Ann takes a grassroots approach to outreach and strategic relationship management.

Alfred “Dale” Glaspie – Lead Maintenance Technician
Dale started as a contractor SouthFair in 2013. He officially joined the staff as the Maintenance Technician in September 2014. He was promoted to Lead Maintenance Technician in 2024. In this position Dale is responsible for general maintenance, repair and replacement of our apartment communities and other properties. He also coordinates third party vendor repair services. Dale also provides management feedback from onsite construction review. He promptly resolves operational and safety concerns for SouthFair.
Dale has been in the construction and maintenance field for 40 years. He also spent a few years in the culinary world as a cook. Just ask him about his BBQ!

Jinger Evans – Office Assistant
Jinger is currently a high school student who provides seasonal Office Assistant services to SouthFair when her busy academic and athletic schedule allows. After graduating in 2027, she plans to attend college with a pre-med major. Jinger is also a talented visual artist.
