Annie Evans – Executive Director
Annie has been the Executive Director of SouthFair since October 2011. As Executive Director, she is responsible for providing vision, leadership, direction and fiscal discipline for SouthFair.
Under her direction SouthFair has completed a housing development adding over 35 units of single-family affordable housing, successfully managing apartment communities, creating a rent-to-own program, developing housing counseling services in a goal to support positive change in the South Dallas community.
She has both a Bachelors in Economics and a Masters in Urban Affairs from the University of Texas at Arlington. Her areas of interest include nonprofits, urban and social research, social capital and urban history.

Grace Feyisetan – Community Development Assistant
Grace graduated with a Bachelors in Political Science and minors in English, Pre-Law, & Criminal Justice with hopes of being a vessel to amplify voices that go unheard. She is not all work and no play, though – she’s merged her purpose with her passion, screenwriting and filmmaking, to document and tell new stories.
While enjoying life by never allowing her surroundings to dictate her happiness, she aims to continue to be an advocate for justice by putting her communities first. Grace is excited to watch as SouthFair grows into being one of the cornerstones for strengthening the South Dallas community.

Mary Ann Cuellar – Housing Counselor
Mary Ann joined SouthFair in January 2017. She has over 20+ years of housing and homebuyer counseling experience. She spent decades working for Housing Authorities including Dallas Housing Authority. Her positions included Housing Counselor, Operations Manager, & Executive Director.
When she joined the Urban League of Greater Dallas in 2010, her goal became to transition renters into sustainable homebuyers, and this is still her passion. As a Housing Counselor with SouthFair, Mary Ann handles intakes and provides FREE one on one Pre-Purchase Counseling for potential homebuyers, works to get clients mortgage ready, and connects them with one of our lending partners.
In addition, Mary Ann coordinates SouthFair’s Post Purchase Education Workshops. She helps with the marketing of homes, Homebuyer program and free services through monthly workshops and community events.

Alfred “Dale” Glaspie – Maintenance Technician
Dale started as a contractor SouthFair in 2013. He officially joined the staff as the Maintenance Technician in September 2014. As the Maintenance Technician he is responsible for general maintenance, repair and replacement of our apartment communities and other properties. He also resolves operational and safety concerns.
Dale has been in the construction and maintenance field for 40 years. He also spent a few years in the culinary world as a cook. Just ask him about his BBQ!
Lorena Muckelroy – Resident Manager
Lorena is a native of West Dallas and former Administrative Coordinator of Irving CDC. At Irving CDC she assisted with the development of close to 20 single family housing units and therefore understands the growing need for affordable housing. She has a genuine passion for helping people. So, when she began her journey 7 years ago with the Irving CDC, it further enhanced her passion and gave her the tools needed to help educate others about homeownership.
As the Resident Manager, Lorena is responsible for efficient operation of all SouthFair’s residential properties. She will also provide housing counseling services for individuals and families to prepare them to purchase a home.
Lorena is a certified Legal Assistant and plans to further her education in Real Estate law.
