SouthFair’s development accomplishments speak to its passion for the community. SouthFair has developed 382 units of new and rehabbed multifamily units and 55 new single-family houses bringing more than $32 million dollars of sustainable housing to the South Dallas/Fair Park community. SouthFair has also been successful at developing a medical building and sustaining its first and only tenant, Baylor Scott & White for over 15 years.
