SouthFair is a long standing nonprofit organization that has been serving the South Dallas community for well over 25 years. We have a history of providing one of the greatest needs of an individual or family . . . a home. Whether it be a single family house, townhome or an apartment, we have provided over 400 units of housing since 1991. Through various channels (housing, economic development, community outreach, etc.) we create a positive social impact in the South Dallas community.
