Coming up on 30 years of service, SouthFair has been expanding the housing and economic development opportunities for low- to moderate- income families in South Dallas.
Annie Evans, who will also be celebrating her ten-year anniversary with SouthFair, as an Executive Director, spoke with Chris Arnold, of Better Living, regarding the sustainability of this freshly revitalized neighborhood. From establishing the Fair Park Neighborhood Association, a rent-to-own program, community events, and free workshops, the Fair Park community’s physical, emotional and social wellbeing is being cared for in a wholistic way.
